Hello, I'm Neishai Lashae I was born in the Austin Area. I have five beautiful children that keeps me motivated every day. Just like most pregnancies they were different from my first born being full-term to my second being premature at 24 weeks, my third baby I was place on bedrest at 27 weeks, my fourth baby was chunky and my last pregnancy I had PGP (Pelvic Girdle Pain). As a certified Doula in the Austin area since 2021, I offer personalized birthing support. My goal is to give you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor process. I want to pay it forward and be part of your journey of life. Also, my goal is to take my knowledge my passion and pure heart and guide you every step of the way. Please take a moment and let’s chat.

I offer affordable packages because my main focus is to allow you to get services without being stresses about cost. I also offer payment plans and sliding scale options. My job is to provide you and your family information about the procedures performed and actions taken during and after labor (postpartum) Help explain your birth plan and advocate for your emotional and physical needs to hospital staff. Offer physical comfort through activities like massage and focused breathing.

I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.

Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.

FREE TEEN PARENT SERVICES

I offer a FREE Teen Program Doula services No judgement age to 17 years old 18 if she/parents is still enrolled in high school. This program is built around no judgment I'm going to be there physically mentally and emotionally during her pregnancy during birth and during postpartum. After the bump Journey I will provide mentorship to help these young parents thrive and finishing school.

When my baby was born, she was right there. She stayed with me after recovery and during my postpartum care. I had a very traumatic recovery experience. If she was not there I would not have had a witness.
While at the hospital, she made sure I was safe. She called me, and text to make sure all was well. It was not too much, yet, enough for me to feel seen and heard.
Her bed side manners, and professionalism was exceptional. I can be particular and I was impressed by her passion for women and children rights.
She also, encouraged me to eat well, walk, and bond with baby.
I could write an entire 10 page booklet on my encounter in choosing her as my 1st doula.
I wish I could have her around all the time. She is a stellar person and an A+++ Doula!”
